Tangles with first wind Would be fine indoors by window

present for my daughter and she has the wind chime hanging on her back porch.

Does not make the chime noise after the first day outside. The entire chime got tied up and now I have been trying everyday to un tangle it and I cant. So its like if I dont have that chime. It doesnt do its job.

Arrived quickly and packaged with so much care. Very pretty.
