Very Disappointed with Wayfair – Replacement Parts Unavailable I purchased these chairs in 2023. The chairs are very well designed and beautiful. While preparing them for winter storage in 2026, the chain attached to one of the safety pins detached when I pulled it. Although the chairs are out of warranty, I simply wanted to purchase four replacement pins with attached chains. I contacted Wayfair for assistance. Initially, I was told to check the assembly instructions for the manufacturer’s contact information and reach out to them myself. I explained that I expected Wayfair to assist me in contacting the manufacturer. Wayfair then consulted its sales department and informed me that my only option was to purchase a new chair. After the call, I checked the assembly instructions myself and found no manufacturer contact information. I also searched online for the manufacturer, High Dunes, but the results led me back to Wayfair, AllModern, and Joss Main. My experience left me feeling that Wayfair gave me the runaround rather than making a reasonable effort to help. I wasn’t asking for free repairs or warranty coverage—just the opportunity to purchase replacement safety pins and chains. I’m very disappointed with Wayfair’s customer service and the apparent lack of support for replacement parts. My advice to prospective buyers Before purchasing furniture from Wayfair, consider how difficult it may be to obtain replacement parts if something breaks.

Practical and comfortable!

Looking forwards to this summer on my patio. These chairs are exactly what I was looking for at a price that didn't brake the bank.

These are the heaviest, nicest chairs we’ve ever seen. They are perfect on our dock and we can’t wait for warmer weather to enjoy them!

Nice chairs! Fairly easy to assemble, just 11 pieces. All hardware was spot on, and is stainless steel. Although I can’t honestly rate these on the test on time. They are stout and are made of good materials. They should last for several years with minimal care.
