C’est ma seule déception et je ne voulais pas retourné l’article. S.V.P n’oubliez pas d’effectuer les modifications dans la descriptive l’article.

There’s no holder with this despite the description, the picture & as you can see the link to the salt plate. Only downfall is there is no holder. I have had these before & love them. There are many ways to use them, which ppl complain about not knowing how to use or clean. It’s salt, it kills almost everything. You can serve sushi on it as is. For the grill you place it on the grates, start your grill. It’ll take about 20min to heat up. No need to put salt on whatever you’re cooking, you put it right on top of the salt plate & cook. This is where the holder is important. Without it it’s very difficult to remove from the grill because it’s big & bulky, so definitely take heat resistant gloves & something to carry it on. To wash it you just run it under water taking off the layers that were touched until it’s smooth again & no remnants of the food are left. Let it air dry. It will last a while which is great. Do not use any cleaning chemicals on it, the salt naturally kills everything that maybe harmful food wise. Only reason I took off stars is because there’s no holder with it.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas It is very heavy and seems well made There were absolutely NO instructions or information with it at all like cleaning info or tips on using it so that was disappointing
