So - this is a pretty set, and it meets our needs well. Bottom cushions are firm, the backs are comfy. If you want to lay along the length of the couch, you need to know the seat is not deep - you need to either remove the back cushions or be really thin! Had some trouble with the order, but Wayfair made it right - the chair arrived broken but they sent a new one. Many of the cushions have reddish stains on them, and they're mostly invisble b/c of where they are. I reported the stains and got a discount when I chose to keep them, so I feel I was treated well - but I am stumped about how to remove the stains. Nothing seems to work! Anyway, I like the set.

The replacement sofa cushion is perfect.
