Nice set and holds up to all conditions

Once assembled it is nice. However the parts were not labeled clearly and the hardware was not separated or labeled. If you have experience building furniture you should be fine but if you struggle following directions then forget it. I would say its a two person job. You can do it yourself but its very tideous.

Can’t be overstated - Cheaply made! Nothing is good about this. I’m sure it’ll last only a few years. The wicker is thin and the pillows are thinner. My old patio furniture cushions weren’t the thickest but these are bad (lighter is my old cushion) Under stuffed by more than a bit. If I wasn’t under a time crunch for company coming into town, and had time to send back for refund and find another I would. And, it’s low to the ground. Pass on this if you can.

I have assembled MANY items with few problems. However, consider these issues when thinking about ordering this beautiful set. Wayfair stood by the issues, contacted the manufacturer and the many problems (not all) were resolved. No instructions included. Contacted Wayfair, seller emailed them to me. ALL screws, nuts and bolts were thrown into ONE red bag with no labeling or notations. I did a thorough inventory to determine everything was there, finding screws were missing. I contacted Wayfair who had seller ship another bag of screws, most of which were not needed. I only wanted those that were missing. While doing the inventory I realized many of the important structural pieces did not have stickers attached, making it nearly impossible to figure out how to assemble this set according to the unclear instructions that were emailed to me. The holes on one of the important structural pieces were not lined up correctly making it impossible to attach all screws needed. (Yes I KNOW not to tighten until done!!) Again, I contacted Wayfair who contacted the manufacturer who then shipped a replacement piece. Stainless steel bands are wrapped around the ‘feet’ parts for the bottom of the pieces. Although those pieces were wrapped in blue protective plastic, EVERY SINGLE PIECE had a dent. By this time I didn’t care, I simply wanted a patio set I could use before the end of summer! If you’re OK with the risk and order this, be aware you may have a good portion of your garage or space tied up until problems are resolved. The real problem is Quality Control. This company allowing their product to leave their facility like this shows a gross lack of quality control. NO STICKERS on the parts to match the requested instructions along with missing parts and badly bored holes is unacceptable. While Wayfair did everything they could be resolve these issues they may want to consider how they perform their “due diligence” when selecting the manufactures products they carry on their site.

Very comfortable sofa and good quality. Takes time to assemble but its worth it
