Slightly hard to put together. Have to squeeze the arms to make them fit. My items did come damaged and missing a piece but it looks really nice and is comfortable and sturdy. I asked for replacement parts and they were delivered quickly and with no questions asked. I honestly love this set and am beyond happy with my purchase! I should say that I ordered this set about 2 years ago and in the picture I changed out the table it came with for a firepit table. The patio furniture is still in perfect condition and holds up so well! i would 100 percent recommend this set!

We just completed our pool and was looking for modern furniture that really made a statement. We decided on this set though there were no reviews. The delivery guy noticed that the furniture was damaged while assembling it. He called customer service to make them aware. They apologized and reordered the set. The new furniture arrived today which is about two weeks later in good condition. The furniture is really light weight and looks good if you’re looking for grey color scheme. I only wished the cushions were white so it could match my decor better but that’s just my preference. However, the screws and holes don’t always line up so it makes it a little difficult to assemble. I’m hoping that it will hold up as it’s pretty expensive. I like it but I’m not in love so I give it 4 stars. Customer service and both delivery crew Carlos/Carlos/Edgar/Enrique deserves 5 stars though as they were great!!

Nice set, thick comfortable cushions and seems pretty sturdy. Only minor issue, is the putting it together some of the holes didn't line up 100%. Close, but not perfect.

Very nice, very comfortable good quality

I’m giving this four stars because the assembly was ridiculous. My husband had to drill new holes, screws holes wouldn’t align, and instructions were mislabeled. It’s not the worst things we’ve had to assemble, but it was a pain at times. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the set.
