The solar lights have not worked and the locking mechanism that holds the umbrella upright fails and entire umbrella tilts. What can you advise to correct these problems Mary Jean Dellaquila

This umbrella did not hold up in the slightest wind. It ripped and extended warranty I purchased would not cover any of the damages, though it stated it was accident coverage.

Nice big umbrella...just what I want. For a $500 umbrella, it feels kind of flimsy. Glad I bought the warrenty. I wishj the LED LIGHTS WERE BRIGHTER....they are dim in my mind. Here again for an umbrella that was $500.00...if I had paid anything over $200, it would be coming back to Wayfair. We'll see how things work out. For now it's a generous 4 because of flimsy feel and dim LED lights.

Didn’t even last 30 days before the spring broke . Very disappointed .
