I was very disappointed upon receiving this gazebo. The boxes were open parts were rolling around in the box. The frames were bent and the roofing was bent as well. The support beams were bent and very hard to adjust. I have request a refund and if possible i can return the gazebo. all of the parts are no longer in the boxes. I received 1 box one day 2 boxes another day and 3 boxes on another day. I will not order this type of item from Wayfair again. I requested for customer service to contact and have not received a call as of this time.

This gazebo is a very solid piece and great value for the money! A lot of pieces to assemble, but directions are clear. Took (2) guys about 12 hours to assemble. I'm using it as a carport to free up some garage space. To build a proper carport requires city approval, building permit, etc...I also like the fact that it comes with curtains as well to hide your stuff!

I wish they had a review before, missing the right sizes , a nightmare the put together , and still waiting for the 2pcs ( the right size for the top)

Best big purchase from wayfair yet! High quality and long lasting. Looks beautiful as well. Curtains have not faded. This was installed several seasons ago an a very large deck at our lake cottage. It has become our beloved supersized “outdoor room” and still looks new!

Hired two guys to put it together, and when they opened the boxes (all five), there were no screws or bolts for assembly. Tried working with Wayfair, and they have been less than helpful. I know its not necessarily a review of the product, but when reading other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring problem with this. For the amount it costs, and assembly on top of that, I feel this shouldnt be an issue.
