I have ordered many items from Wayfair & was always pleased with the items. I ordered this birdhouse because I loved the style & design. However, the quality was a disappointment! There was only one point of connection to the mounting pole & that connection was not secure or level. We had to drill more more holes to secure the house. I would like a credit for all the time and trouble we took to repair & fix the poor construction on this costly item! points to insure secure mounting. The top point of a side wall came with the peak of the wall broken off, but it then was glued back on (in the wrong position) before it was packed. I expected a quality hand crafted item, given that it was made by the Amish. We spent time reinforcing & repairing the issues & finally got it installed.

Well made beautiful. I’ve purchased another birdhouse from them and am very happy with it also

Well built!!! I was pleasantly surprised. The copper trim is a classy touch. Worth every penny!!!
