The rainbow colors are brightly painted and very eye catching. Assembly was easy, as it comes with all necessary tools and easy to read instructions. The two separate blades spin seamlessly, and even with only a slight breeze. Spinner is very heavy so it stays out in the ground, when through strong winds and storms. The paint has held up through the elements so far and still looks good as new. This is the perfect decoration to brighten a flower garden or patio.
