I love this awning. It is easy to put together and it installed easily. It does hold a little water when it rains but that’s easily fixed.

I have NEVER had such horrible customer service for an upscale type of purchase (over $800.00). No contact to set things straight or to advise me on the process or on the progress of the process. I am still waiting but losing my patience.
