Just had the heater installed for a new covered porch project, and it seems to provide nice warmth, but I wouldn't consider it to be hot. The true test will come when the weather gets cooler in the fall. I shopped around a lot and Wayfair had the best price, and excellent customer service. The worst thing about the heater is that it came with an ugly sticker on the front face with the name and number of a heater servicing company. Wayfair must source the product from another vendor who applied the sticker. It was really difficult to scrape off, but I finally got it off with a razor…which created some scratches. But, fortunately the reflective surface makes it difficult to see the scratches and my wife hasn't yelled at me for the scratches...yet.

Client put two out on the back patio. They love it!
