Easy to put together and looks very nice. Comes with curtains not screening. When you order 10x10, sort of expect that it would be close to that in the “living” area. Nope, that is the measurement of the top from corner to corner. Closer to 8x8 actual sitting area. That is disappointing but I will still be able to use it.

Looks like the picture. It fits perfectly where I needed. The directions are pretty bad and we had to drill a few holes in order to put it together which was kind of ridiculous but in the end it’s up.
