Oh my God, the best the best hot inflatable tub ever came on time. No damage damages set up was easy and fast. Super fast. After a few hours just be patient and wait is amazing. Thank you Wayfair.

I would never purchase again. I purchased this hot tub as a Christmas present for a family member. It came with the wrong cover and a broken pump. When reached out to customer service nothing could be done. The hot tub is not even usable at this point without now purchasing a new cover and a brand new pump. Horrible experience with Wayfair and Intex.

Pier spa plus portable hot tub is a game changer not only was it affordable and easy to set up but now we have a hot tub to enjoy three seasons out of the year! We thought about trying it through the winter but since we live way up north, we thought this might be expensive. It is easy to use and wonderful to have available after a hard days work.

This hot tub exceeded all of my expectations for a portable hot tub and I can't believe I never got one before. I was able to move the box and set this hot tub up without assistance. The setup was simple, adding water, and getting it all dialed in was also no issue. I love that it came with a cover as that helps regulate the water temperature and also protect from debris getting into the water. I definitely recommend this hot tub and wish I would've got one sooner!
