It was nice for about 5 months and then started leaking air and water. It comes with patch kits but it’s nearly impossible to find the leaks

Best price found for product, delivery wasn’t good. Delivery was a week late and lost no one knew where it was. Headrest seem different from what was shown on box. Heavy duty cover to maintain heated water. And 6 extra filters, can’t wait to get in!

Had issues with a leaky seam. Wayfair was great about the return and easy to work with even though they had to connect directly through manufacturer for approval.

We have enjoyed this spa for about three months. So far so good. Installation was easy and my husband is enjoying regular soaks. The tub temperature is stable. One difficulty was the cover. We were sent a large, heavy cover that was apparently not the one for our model tub ( fasteners in the wrong place, ill-fitting) this we replaced ourselves from parts of a friend's tub and we are much happier now.

Comfortable and relaxing! It has withstood the Canadian climate for a whole year now. The only issue has been the cover has ripped in two spots so I recommend to have two people pull up from the two sides carefully as opposed to pulling up the part by the motor.

Durable, and powerful jets. My partner and I do not have a bathtub at our house, this is perfect for us. He's tall as well so it fits us perfectly too. A wonderful addition.

We absolutely love the spa have been in it almost every night since purchasing. My husband installed filled it with no issues. We’re still trying to find the best perfect chemical balance for the water but other than heats well. On cold nights when we get in it’s about 104 degrees but cools to about mid 90’s after running the jets being in for an hour or more.
