We’ve had this for three days and been in it since day one! We couldn’t wait after putting it up one night after work and stayed in it until midnight! I’ve read the drawbacks of the error codes and was concerned enough I got the warranty plan. But I can’t speak to that yet but somethings I wish were clearer in the description I’ll share. It comes with a cover and two head rest. The spa Kit accessory comes with another headrest and one seat. You’ll need to buy a seat if you want two. I’m not sure how important that is to spend an extra 25 but I did anyway. They supply a pad to put the hot tub on. It is big! Measure and plan based on the diameter. It’s relatively easy to set up. For the price, I like it and will help us plan for the purchase of the real thing when they ever get in stock. If it makes it three years I’ll be happy.

Item deflates instantly since day one.

I was nervous like most to make such a big purchase online but I’m glad I did. This item is great for what you’re buying. It takes about 24 hrs to heat to 100 F. We grin and bear it bc this is just part of the convince of having a portable jacuzzi. Once we got it heated, we’ve kept it going, leaving it at 98-100 F with the lid on. When we get home from work each day it’s ready to go! Very satisfied. Bubbles have a nice soothing pressure up the back. Don’t even worry about the seats. It’s far more comfortable to sit at the floor of the jacuzzi, where the bubble pressure is strongest. Hope this was helpful!
