Seedling mat didn't heat up. To return I was instructed to do an online chat. I gave the online agent all the order info and told them the reason for return and that I'd like a refund. The agent said "I've gone the extra mile to upgrade your initial 10% offer. I've secured a total refund of 25% ($6.61) just for you." I responded that "I would like a refund for the full amount, $24.99." Agent then said "I can process a full refund for your order." Please Note if you need to return anything, make sure you know how much money you should be getting back.
