I ordered these expecting concrete that didn't look like it was scrapyard pieces glued together, but unfortunately that is this set of planters. The first set arrived with damage including so many holes, chips and black marks/ holes that I thought I received someone else's return or they got that way from the delivery. The replacement set was even worse. So many black holes and chipped areas that looked awful on the white colored planters and super noticable. Also, trying to return the second set has been the worse experience yet with Wayfair customer service. It took so many phone calls that I lost track how many times I called them, and although they were finally picked up by FedEx a week ago, still haven't received my refund just yet. I'm not sure if that's the company that manufacturers them or Wayfair causing all the delays, but either way, I definitely don't recommend these planters.
