It was extremely easy to set up but the hoses were broken and leaked. I had to go to the hardware store and buy new hoses. The tub is a good size and keeps the water cold.

What a great cold plunge for the money. The chiller has a built-in filter which helps keep the water clean perfect size high-quality includes everything to set up. Couldn’t recommend anything better.

This is a perfect cold plunge. It can be set to 4 degrees and I went in at 6 degrees. Brrrrrr... it takes your breath away. Better have a hot tub or sauna to balance the extremes. Lol. It came packaged in a huge wooden crate and they even delivered it to my backyard. Set up was a little difficult but I finally got it. The app is great. It cools quickly. The only complaint that I have is that the in and out hoses were aluminum piping with insulation over it. I used the thread tape and every connection dripped. So I had to keep tightening and I broke the cheap aluminum piping. So I had to buy two new hoses. Yes proper water line hoses. After that frustrating experience all worked well. It should be a 4 star but Im totally rejuvenated from my first day of plunging and feel like a million bucks. I recommend this product.

Seems like a nice product, but no instructions on how to set and use. Really frustrating to pay this much and try and figure out how to work everything.

nice product
