The pergola arrived in good condition. The parts and hardware were labeled well and easy to sort. The instructions were lacking a bit with zero written instructions, only diagrams that occasionally missed the mark. It's sturdy and took 3 adults 3 1/2 hours to assemble, partly because it was a hot day. You'll need a ladder to complete assembly, but everything fits together well. We like the adjustable canvas that allows us to adjust for the changes of the sun throughout the day. It's a great purchase for the price-point. I highly recommend this simple, functional, piece.

This is a wonderful and attractive Pergola, once put together. Heavy duty and sturdy. The instructions are pretty decent, the only thing is that you have to make sure when you are putting it together that every leg is lined up as it should be, because it does not tell you that as you are going along. I had to take a couple things apart and skip ahead to see how they were lined up. I have had this up a couple weeks now, to give a review, the only problem is that I the pergola cover is not strong enough to with stand heavier rain or stronger winds, you will have to take the cover off during any storms or rainy, windy weather. The cover is not attached to the Pergola, and the bars you put in the ends to hold it on both sides are not heavy enough. I left it on overnight and the next morning it was half off and the poles came out and there was not a storm just 10 to 15 mile per hour winds. I still recommend though, because it is a nice product and does give wonderful shade. I just may find a different cover, because I have windy, rainy weather here more, that way I can leave it up and not have to keep taking it down then up.

Not as sturdy as I was expecting, but looks nice.

Poor quality of this item. Not the best made item overall I’m not happy with it. I would not recommend this item to anyone because of how cheap it feels.
