Love gazebo. The instructions are confusing. It’s not easy to put on the upper sections. The upper areas are very difficult to reach if not on mounting on the ground. It took 10 hours to build with experienced handyman. The materials get extremely hot if exposed to the sun. We are looking forward to enjoying our gazebo for many years

Putting this Gazebo together has been a nightmare! After four hours and four people hired for the assembly, only the frame has been assembled. At least two hours spent identifying missing parts and mislabeled parts. Don't try to call the 24 hour customer support number because they don't answer your call. Working now through Wayfair to communicate all our problems. This is an ongoing project (that according to the manual should have been completed in three hours) and hoping the problems will be addressed and are able to continue the assembly process.

Gazebo came in record time. The instructions are very clear, all the screws and accessories (parts) were clearly labeled. Takes about 10 hours for 2 people to assemble. ( my husband and myself) * he did most of the ladder climbing and assembly. I was the ‘Hander upper’. The one thing I can appreciate is that all of the panels were in a protected plastic that had to be literally peeled off of both sides. It did take time but left the finish pristine. Well done on packaging and instructions! It was exactly what I was looking for!
