We love our new patio gazebo. Instructions were complete. It was really easy to put together. It took three of us two days. The hardest part was removing the protective film over all of the roof panels ppanels, but once that was done, the roof went up pretty quickly the roof panels.

Update customer service is slow because of time zone but they were accommodating and sent the hardware faster. Plus I asked for a little refund for our troubles and they agreed. The directions both with the product and online (we printed) miss a couple steps here and there. It takes time to build and we needed to get a taller ladder. Wear gloves so you dont cut yourself. -- Update Seller was able to send the missing parts. Havent gotten it yet. -- The quality of this item seems to be in good shape. I cant tell you how it is putting it together or how it looks because the delivery was missing hardware to put it together. Im working with the seller but its really inconvenient!! Maybe ill update once we can actually build and use.

Love the finished product, but had a licensed contractor install it and took 2 days, but mainly because the plastic to protect the pieces took hours to remove, did not come off in single pieces but tiny pieces, so that was time consuming. The curtain did not come zipped together correctly, but that was an easy fix. Cant wait to enjoy it this summer.
