Canopy is overall pretty sturdy. It requires being stabilized with the tie down ropes/stakes and/or sand bags (not included). I would still be cautious on a very windy day. The canopy sat 20 people for dinner with two long tables underneath. It took two of us to set up. An additional set of hands would have made it even easier. Taking it down was harder than putting it up and one of the bars bent a little bit, which is why I took off one star. It did not impact the ability to use it, but may over time. I am not sure that I would leave up for extended periods of time. It was a nice day when we used it, so not sure how it hold up in bad weather. For the price and options, I would recommend.
