I was so tickled to have snagged this gazebo. It was going to fix the problem of my hubby not being able to grill on rainy days. Unfortunately, when it arrived a main support pole was bent. I contacted Wayfair who helped me with connecting to the supplier. A replacement was sent out. That took just under a week and a half. Little bit longer than the manufacturer had promised. Once the 2nd replacement arrived, yet again, the same support beam was dented. The poles that were damaged are one of the 4 main components that hold the gazebo upright and hold the weight of the roof. Knowing that and by this point, I had spent enough time effort on this project. It was time to give up. Wayfair was supportive in any decision I made. I am submitting this review in a full negative viewpoint because of the manufacturers inability to get a safe and secure product to me. They need to rethink the packaging of these poles with more cushioning around each pole and not just using a plastic sleeve. Also, a thicker box would help with the transportation of it. If they did just those two things I think this review probably would have been scored differently.

We couldn’t be more excited to have added this to outlets outdoor living space it butted up against the side of our garage perfectly and we have placed some outdoor furniture under it for the rainy days we can still enjoy the outdoors! It was quite the project for 1 person to build it recommended 3 people I suggest you have atleat 2 ! My husband put it up himself in about 4 hours time using a ladder for the second person and thankfully it came together with out any issues! I love the top panels as the still allow ligh to come through but a bit worries how it will stand up to the winter snow only time will tell but for now we will enjoy this all fall! This slanted Gazibo is sturdy and I think we will enjoy it for many years to come!
