I wanted to give this greenhouse about a 3.5 star rating because while it can turn out well, the build process had several frustrating issues.
The packaging itself was very good, but despite that, there were multiple chipped or damaged pieces upon opening. Most were not structural, so I was able to continue, but it was disappointing to see given how well it was packed.
A bigger issue was the hardware. Quite a few of the provided screws were bent or not straight (hard to spot with the eye but easy to fell when drilling), and several ended up tearing through the wood during installation. Enough were unusable that I had to substitute my own screws, which really shouldn’t be necessary for a kit at this price point.
The most challenging problem came with the side walls. One of the “identical” pieces had pre-drilled holes on the wrong side. This was not builder error there is absolutely no way to correct it by rotating the wood. I ended up drilling my own holes just to move forward. Not a big deal but again price point.
With some extra effort and personalization on my end - adding a foundation and mobile home anchors- I was able to make this greenhouse work, and I’m ultimately happy with the result. However, the build was not easy, and the parts did not always feel like they were designed to set the builder up for success. If you’re handy and willing to problem-solve, it’s doable, but expect some challenges. Also just a note - I build this indoors due to weather and the need for perfectly level flooring. This worked for me. Also it took 2-3 people to complete once I got to the step of assembling the walls and roof. I was able to build all previous panels solo.
