I bought two couches to compare, both have unusably hard seat cushion and it's the identical material. simply unusable. Now I have two expensive unusable couches and don;t know what to do

The sofa arrived with major damage on one of the arms. The return process seems cumbersome as I was just referred to the manufacturer. I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Wayfair in the future.

Beautiful sofa. Sturdy and well built. Fabric is white and dirties easily from dogs but also wipes clean well. Can’t wait for covers to arrive.
