While I was really looking forward to this planter, it arrived broken. It wasn't properly packaged for shipping. I ended up purchasing a planter from another retailer because I didn't want to wait for a replacement. Based on what I could see, it would've been a really nice piece to add to my collection! Wayfair customer service was really helpful, understand and courteous with the refund process.

I ordered a planter which was packed in a small box placed inside a larger box with no packing material. So one end of the larger box was slightly mashed. Amazingly the planter arrived in one piece! I think this should have at least been packed with paper or cushioning to keep it from banging around in a mashed outer container.

Really cool piece regarding shape/design. Texture is great. Colors in person are not as well defined as the colors in the photos.
