Table basse Calypso

We’ve been looking for a new outdoor coffee table since our last one was hit by a branch and broke. It’s hard to find aluminum at a reasonable price. It’s finally warm enough for us to put this outside and we’ve been loving it thus far. It was very easy to assemble. The table itself is super light so hopefully it doesn’t get blown away in a windstorm. I wish it was solid, but the weight does make it portable. The table material does have a bit of a sparkle to it, which I was surprised by. So a bit more futuristic than I expected. I really wish there was a matching sofa and chair set to go with it. It’s proving difficult to find ones that will match. As you can see from the pictures we have yet to replace the sofa and chairs that matched the old table.

This metal patio cocktail table is almost too nice to put outside! I actually feel bad leaving it out in the elements. lol. Its such a nice aluminum frame with really good quality hardware that will last. Its designed beautifully and the designers even thought of weep holes for condensation inside to escape. Its painted with a classy taupe color, very even, and the paint seems like it will hold up well in my challenging coastal Florida weather. I ordered two matching side tables and I just love it as a set. Definitely 5 stars for me!

I so wish this table matched the color on the website. Instead of being a pretty light gray, it's more of a pewter. I do like the design of the piece and construction feels solid.. The lines have nice curves.
