Perfection! This is the easiest assembly we have received from Wayfair and I cannot give enough stars! The half inch wrench recommendation is spot on but the 12mm recommendation is questionable depending on brand (we used a Craftsman Ratchet Set). We were able to screw in, by hand, most of the way and only used the wrench to tighten. There is a large hole in the middle for an umbrella, and also comes with a cover of necessary. Honestly, one of the best pieces we’ve received from Wayfair! Package arrived as expected and was packed well for delivery.
