Cot came in a ripped box that exposed the top of the folded cot. Multiple rips on the side of the box. Very disappointing. I removed the cot and it looked ok. I couldn't see any rips in the material. The aluminum bars seemed ok, but couldn't tell if any bars were bent inappropriately. The cot was hard to press down. Instructions said you'd hear a snap, but there wasn't one. I haven't laid on it yet, I wasn't sure if it would collapse. Not happy with my purchase.

This did not really work for what I needed it for, but that is not really the problem. I tried it out at home just to assess comfort level and if it would have worked had my tent been large enough. It honestly would be more comfortable to sleep on the ground. This does get you elevated if getting up of the ground is difficult and it is slightly better than an air mattress in that it does not actually loose usefulness throughout the night. If you are outfitting kids for a back yard camping trip it is fine but otherwise don't waste your money.

We purchased 2 for camping in our tent They are a game changer

So comfortable love it excellent quality

Love this cot. Easy to setup, easy to take down, and very comfortable. I'm very pleased.
