The product seems very good. I gave it one star because it was delivered last week, but two small (yet important) pieces are missing, so I can't install it. Customer service said it would take two days, but now they are in a busy period, so they said it would take two more days, and so on. After receiving the missing pieces, I will probably give this product a better rating, but the service is taking too much time.

We love our new pergola! We have been in it every single day since it was installed. Our back deck gets very hot during the day and this has helped tremendously. I would purchase again for sure!

This pergola is sturdy and attractive. It was very well priced. I read reviews before purchasing so expected the assembly to be challenging, so my expectations were managed ahead of time. There are a lot of pieces and parts, but if you organize everything well and have a second person to help it should be straight forward.

Ordering this pergola has been a complete nightmare. We are on the second replacement of the middle part that holds the Louvered pieces, which has arrived (Both times) bent beyond redemption. I'm now waiting on the third replacement part, which I hope is actually straight. What is really concerning is that there is no actual resolution or options beyond continuing to get parts or getting a refund and potentially losing time and the assembly money. At one time, the customer service person suggested that I deal with the manufacturer directly- aka throwing the problem on my plate. Ultimately, after asking to speak to a supervisor- who was very professional- we decided to order one more part, but honestly, I regret getting this. The whole experience has been an absolute hassle.
