Leaves great searing marks, very sturdy. Performs great

Works too well. Adds charcoal burns to food. Don't need it, unless you like the charcoal burns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this sear plate in both my Classic 2 and my Joe Jr. I put it right at the bottom of the divide and conquer. I reverse sear steaks until I get to the right temperature then sear the bad boys right at the fire. The best steaks I've cooked
