The wok is well made but is extremely heavy with a flat metal handle which makes it difficult to hold. I ended up returning mine and opted for a better made and lighter carbon steel wok.

The Karbon Steel Wok has to be my favourite accessory for my Kamado Joe. It’s built exceptionally well very high quality. Has a good weight to it very solid!! Cooks always turn out amazing in this wok, nothing sticks, even heat distribution throughout. Very easy to clean, simply wipe it out and wash with warm soapy water. Wipe it dry and pop it in your oven or on your grill for a few minutes to get rid of any moisture before applying a coat of oil. It will look brand new every time. I love this wok!
