The stainless pot is pretty good. It could be thicker. The burner makes it easy to switch out different size pots on top. Very handy when you have a gathering. A shroud on one side would help keep the flame if there was a breeze but the main issue is there is a timer on the burner for 15 minutes. It's a pain. If you keep pushing the red button occasionally before the timer is up you're good to go. If not the flame will be extinguished. We use this for making tomato sauce, frying birds, chips and corn boils.
