Came as ordered. Small package, with 11 balloons both latex and I believe mylar. I plan to use them for an upcoming birthday. Very cute and colorful. Perfect for a feminine celebration. Can we filled with air or helium.

It took a long time to come in the mail, but either way it didn’t disappoint. Just what I needed! Item is just as pictured and I know it will look awesome blown up. I will definitely come back and order more.

Well, this item is not what I hoped. I was curious about how I could use this. The signs are very nice- I will definitely use them for my daughter’s shower. The balloons are pretty, I think, but with no way to inflate them- there are instructions, I need to get to a place that will inflate them.

I got these for my daughter's ninth birthday and she just loved them. The colors were vibrant and it was a nice balloon bouquet perfect for the party and our theme. I would definitely buy these again.
