Easy to assemble, works well if you’re needing a safe place for butterfly conservation. Only thing I’m having a problem with is folding it back correctly after use. I need step by step information on how to refold it so as to store for future use. So, make sure and examine the proper way to refold when you first start using it

Love it the size is great well made construction

So far so good. I almost hate to write a positive review on this tent because I was only able to get the last one in stock and I would have loved to have gotten another 3 instead of having to order larger ones for aborial lizard enclosures but I'm very happy with the one I did manage to get. It's spacious enough to comfortably house 5 medium sized agamids and seems to be made well enough and escape proof so far. I only wish that the viewing window was near the top rather than near the ground where they placed it. So the window is useless for servalance. Also the assembly instructions are not very good but once you put the frame together it will become obvious that the black protector caps on the corners double L connectors need to be facing either the top or bottom, depending on where they're located. Otherwise assembly was easy and didn't require any assistance from another person/helper. It is a snug fit but with minimal effort a one person job. If it's durable it's a fantastic buy and holds the heat and humidity nicely and with the 3 sided screen windows at the top location allows for disapation of heat.

The unit was shipped promptly and arrived ahead of schedule. It was well-packed and in immaculate condition. The mylar-lined black canvas tent was well-made and in good shape. However, the enameled steel tubular struts were not completely manufactured and were lacking the bullet catches and narrower ends needed to attach them together. I contacted Wayfair and arranged to get replacement for only the defective struts, but instead they sent me a package of the entire unit. When I opened the package, I found that the struts inside were identical to the ones in the original shipment, lacking the features needed to attach together. I called Wayfair and talked to a very nice and helpful customer service representative, who arranged sent me a shipping label to return the second package and send me a functional replacement. I advised him to have the shipping clerks open the pack and check to see if the struts were ok before shipping them. He agreed to try contacting them about this matter, although he was not sure if he could get through to them. Meanwhile, I just sent the second (replacement) order back and I'm waiting for the final replacement, hoping that everything will be in order. If I can get a unit that works, I'll send another review.

Perfect size to go in our condo. We used to have a big one and it just cluttered the house, this one is perfect and the material is fantastic
