Instructions could have been much clearer on how to install the backs of the chairs and love seat. All three had to be taken apart and reinstalled because of this . One of the cushions was missing the tie down strap. Resolution offered was a 5% credit not a replacement cushion. We would have preferred a replacement cushion but that was not offered as an option. Just an inconvenience that we can make do with as we really like the product.

Putting this together wouldn't been easier if the instructions were more clear and bigger print. Not as comfortable as I thought they would be.
