I really liked the fact that you could have any finish on the metal and arm rests as well as fabric color. The chairs are comfortable and the finish looks like it will prove durable. I have just given it 3-stars because I actually expected the materials to be a bit better quality for the cost; as it is I think you'd do as well with a Home Depot or Lowes product for 1/2 the cost.
