Arrived in a timely manner but is completely unusable and unsafe. Two of the four seat brackets are broken at the weld. With welds being broken out of the box this is a very poorly made product. To top it off they tout it as "artisan" made and state to store this pice of outdoor furniture inside when not in use. Clearly a poor product if it can not handel its intended use. Save your money and skip. I am still waiting to hear back from the company to see how they handle it. So I can't comment on that yet.

Still trying to contact. I don't want 25% off the damaged chair I received. I would like a new chair that is not damaged. 25% off it's not the issue. I can't use this chair. It's too beat up. I'd rather pay full price and not receive a undamaged chair.
