A . One star off due to difficulty with assembly. Both chairs had 2 of the same screw that were unable to connect all the way through, leaving a gap between two sides and the head of the screw sticking out. One can easily scrape by the screw and get scratched.

The chairs were a little hard for me to put together so I had to call my friends over but we got them together. They’re beautiful. I love them couldn’t ask for more. Wayfair is the best.

The parts did not fit together, when I contacted manufacturer they said it would be 6-8 weeks to manufacture the correct parts, then suggested as an alternative that I purchase a second chair at a discount, (like really?) and told me if I didn’t want that I needed to go to Wayfair. But then I went back to Wayfair to try to get it refunded who told me to go to manufacturer, they don’t even give the option to just select return for faulty products. Wayfair customer service is awful will message and then not get a response for hours, struggling to figure out how to return this, so disappointed, I am probably never buying furniture off this website again.

Putting these together was a nightmare come on none of the bolts lined out. I would not buy this again.

Nice chairs. I have a fabulous sweetheart who could assemble them. Kind of complicated but he did it and they’re good.
