This chair does not match its online description or images. I purchased it as an Open Box item and saw immediately that it did not match the item I wanted to purchase. I suspect it was an Open Box returned item because the original buyer had the same experience. As an Open Box item I did not have the option to return it, though I did get a rebate of 25 percent. However, it is still a total waste of money. I do not like the way it looks. The cushions do not stay in place. It is not comfortable and sits too low. It is a chair that I will never use or put in my yard and it is way overpriced for what it is. To be frank, I would not even like this item if it was free. On the plus side, it was packed well in a sturdy box. It arrived promptly. I found it to be straightforward to assemble and they had cleverly placed little protruding tabs on the feet which, when tightened, will always keep the legs square with the chair frame. One word of caution. The seatback is hollow as seen in a picture I attached. Once assembled, it is easily accessible to wasps and I saw a wasp fly up into the seatback.

I got the blue cushions and I get so many compliments

We paid to have the chairs put together by so called professionals. Within 48 hours, the screws started falling out because they had been improperly installed. Fortunately no one was injured had a chair fallen apart. We discovered that at least 5 screws had not been installed at all. While we like the chairs themselves, we are extremely disappointed in the quality of the assemblers work. We will never pay for that service again.

These are nice chairs and very similar to the love seat set. The seat cushions are a little soft, but not too bad. The back cushions are also little soft, but they are still nice. The cushions come vacuum packed and take up to 24 hours to fully decompress. The wicker material is pretty good and solid just like the love seat set. It seems like will hold up well outside. The assembly was simple for the most part. It took about an hour for one person to assemble them. The tools are decent, but I’d recommend using a 13mm socket for the nuts that hold the chair legs. It’s a lot easier to use than the included wrench. The included Allen key is fine. Once assembled they look great. The arm rests are good height for comfortable sitting. The finished product is nice quality, looks great, and is comfortable. I like the height of the legs that create spacing to use a blower to clean leaves and dust from underneath. I would recommend buying this set.

These chairs completed the look of our outdoor space. They are sturdy and confortable and were a great price!
