I received my chairs very fast. It was packaged very well and the quality of the chairs are very good. the big problem we had was putting them together because the holes did not line with up the connecting parts.So it was very hard to get it together. The instructions they have did not work because the holes were off. We struggled to force some of them and one screw was left off because hole too far away. It was bad .

The chairs are darling. But, they are extremely small in scale. I put them with a 36" round outdoor wicker table with the consideration that it would be a great space for 2 to enjoy an afternoon drink with a friend. Instead, it looks like you should invite someone age 10 to a tea party. The chair is not the right scale for adults. I will be returning the chairs, as cute as they are, they are not practical for my application.

If you are going for that quaint Parisian cafe look - these are perfect! My hubs said the assembly went fairly well - whilst Allenhex wrenches not his favorite - biggest tip assemble chair loosely with wrench provided - then tighten once all pieces in place.
