I recently bought this seating set for my outdoor patio. The navy blue cushions are a lovely touch, and the deep seating makes it really comfortable for lounging. The weather-resistant PE wicker rattan seems durable, which is great for outdoor use. However, my experience wasn’t all smooth sailing. The box arrived damaged, which was disappointing. There was almost no support for the pieces inside the box, like cardboard or styrofoam, so it probably fell apart from its own weight. To make matters worse, I found that I was missing several bolts needed for assembly. It’s frustrating because I can’t complete putting the set together, and now I’m left waiting for my replacement parts to arrive. (I should say that customer support was on point and took care of reordering my parts.) Additionally, the assembly process was a bit of a headache. The instructions were straightforward enough, but the actual assembly was where it all fell apart. I found myself struggling with bolts that were in tight spaces, making it really tricky to get a good grip. Using the included Allen wrench was especially frustrating because there wasn’t much room to turn it where I needed to. I ended up feeling like I was wrestling with the thing more than assembling it. If you’re considering this purchase, just know that patience is a must! It looks great now that it’s together, but getting there was definitely not easy. It took over an hour for me to put the two chairs together and I don’t look forward to the rest. Overall, the product has great potential, and I think it will definitely stand up to our harsh Colorado weather. I hope to get the missing parts sorted out soon so I can enjoy the rest of my new outdoor seating! UPDATE: My parts arrived and I was able to complete the assembly. Now that it’s done we are actually quite pleased with them. The deep seating and high back support were a few things we were definitely lacking in our last set, and much appreciated now.

This was not fun to put together. I would pay for the white glove service and have Wayfair put it together for me if I could do it again! The set is great though. Sturdy and big. Very comfortable. It’s a great outdoor set. Some of the exposed metal framing had bits of rust so I would cover or bring inside in the winterrainy months to stretch out the life of this set. Great deal for the price.
