I would love to review this patio set, as I've had it for more than a week now, but unfortunately I can't. It is still sitting in boxes in my backyard, only partially assembled. The "pro" sent to assemble the set was unable to complete the job within the two hours that Wayfair estimated it would take. When I contacted Wayfair to schedule a return visit, I was told I needed to work directly with Angi, the company responsible for booking the assembly service. While inconvenient, I called and rescheduled the appointment for five days later. Unfortunately, just 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, Angi notified me that they could not find someone to complete the work and pushed the appointment back another four days. To make matters worse, this happened again only 30 minutes before the next appointment, on a day I had taken off from work specifically to be home for the service. A cancellation with that little notice is unacceptable and should have been communicated at least 24 hours in advance. While I understand this may not be entirely Wayfair's fault, customers should be aware that if they pay the additional $199 for assembly service, there is no guarantee the service will be completed in a timely manner. My patio set remains unusable, and the assembly experience has been extremely disappointing.
