Ensemble repas pour 6 personnes avec coussins Gaiser Square

I have to forewarn ppl on the difficulty of putting the barstools together. It took 3 ppl pulling, and pushing, even putting pressure with their feet to attach the chair legs to the hula-hoop-like foot rest. The hoop is larger than how far the legs of the chairs can go. After putting everything together, finally, sitting down to enjoy a drink sitting the new set, the front of the bottom cushions on the barstools gets under the front metal bar of the seat, you end up with part of your leg sitting on it, which is very uncomfortable, after a while, it hurts your legs. If you try to pull the cushion forward while you’re sitting, be careful, because the stool might tilt forward, you’ll have a big scare, if you don’t end up falling. I have tried loosening up the ties, but it doesn’t work the cushions r too narrow thin for the seat base. Also, both the back bottom cushions have faded, since they’re so uncomfortable -even dangerous, I had to spend more to have someone make new, properly fitted cushions for the stools, the sofa, and chairs. I paid 1549.03 for the table set, although it’s a great concept to have tables that can be separated and put on 3 different areas of the patio, having to spend 2k to have someone make new cushions that are as comfortable as they should’ve been was not ideal. Now, the cushions are deeper on both bottom and back, and very comfortable. But it cost me a lot of more money than I expected.

My husband and his brother had a very difficult time putting the chairs together. it took two adult men to hold the legs of the chair to attach it to the base of the chair. At one point they had to use clamps to hold it together while they put in the screw. They stripped a few of the screws trying to force it in to the chair. The legs of the barstool would snap back into place and the screw would fall off. The morning after assembling them, we went to sit on one of the barstools, and it had the leg had separated from the base of the chair. There is a picture attached.It took two men three hours To assemble four barstools and 2 tables. Another issue we had with these barstools are the cushions. As soon as you sit down on the chair, the cushion slides into the metal part of the stool. In a matter of seconds we are sitting on the metal base of the stool which is very uncomfortable. If we pull the cushion forward then we can sit comfortably, but we shouldn’t have to do that every few minutes. I believe if the company had made the barstool base wider than just a three-quarter inch band, the cushion would not be slipping. I called and spoke to a Wayfair employee, and was told that because we had assembled them they would not take them back. She did however offer to replace the defective stool. I paid $1300 for the set, that I’m not extremely happy with. I had ordered another set of barstools and table, however I will be returning those before I open them.

Chair parts/bolts did not align properly. Some bolted together ok, multiple chairs wobble. A few bolts would not go in all the way. Not happy with this set of chairs…..tables are ok.
