Terrible service. Recieved the item in a damaged box, and the item was damaged beyond repair. Returned it as I was instructed. Then told my replacement wont be coming until 6 months later. Ridiculous. I will never buy another product from Wayfair.

The fire table is well made and adds a resort like feel ! The gentleman who assembled was knowledgeable and prompt. I love it!

One of the long glass pieces was broken. I reported this and a replacement was shipped out, but I have never received it. I reported this to Wayfair and they told me to wait a few more days to see if it shows up past the estimated day delivery so I waited a few more days and reported it still missing and they said they could now not ship a replacement because I was past the window. It was not my fault the shipment never arrived. They make it so you can't speak on the phone with a live person.

I love the fire table!! I would give it a 5, but my Wayfair and Angi experience is a nightmare. DO NOT HIRE ANGI TO PUT THIS TOGETHER!! It only takes a Phillips screwdriver and an Allen wrench and is super easy to do. Angi rescheduled me 3 times and cancelled last minute all 3 times. On May 10th, they told me Wayfair had already processed my refund. Its May 26th and I still have not been issued my refund. And now Wayfair is giving me the run around.

Amazing product, great quality
