Probably better on a very flat surface, the wheels are too small for even flagstone. The pipe is very hard to tighten since the bolt is sunk into the bottom.

It is heavy and sturdy but also is easy for me to move, thanks to the wheels.

Makes so easy to move the umbrellas around the pool as the sun is moving- keeps areas shaded. Very sturdy.

The hole is not big enough for the screw to go in I have to send it back I'm very disappointed
