great product, great quality, arrived as promised, no issues

Excellent product. Good quality.

The worst decision we made was to buy our backyard furniture from Wayfair. We placed the order in early June 2026. It is now early August 2026 and we still are not in a position to enjoy our furniture. What was supposed to have been delivered within a week of placing the order took over six weeks to come. When it did the poor packaging resulted in the package coming with damages. Now it is over two weeks we are still waiting for the replacement parts. They have taken the money and no bothered about the service. Never again will we order anything from Wayfair. The only silver lining was a person called Bill who, in response to a scathing social media complaint, has been in touch. But even Bill cannot seem to expedite the process and close the loop. Before careful before you order anything from this company
