Came missing multiple parts. One of the cushions was missing and the entire hardware pack. I reached out for replacement parts, which they said were on their way. The replacement parts are nowhere to be found, and I am not getting straight answers (multiple tracking numbers - one says delivered, the other says the package has not been sent yet). I should have known better than to order from here. I am going to dispute the credit card charge.

Its fine. Back cushion could be thicker. Putting it together was a massive pain a lot of the screwsholes didnt line up.

It is beautiful for the price, assembly wasn’t hard at all. It is aluminum and the cushions seem easy to clean.

Disappointed with this purchase. We’re trying to return it but that will be challenging and cost 200 dollars to send back. Even still we will likely take the hit and return. Key points - furniture is very low down including a low back -cushions are not good quality and not great fr outdoors - holes did not align to put it together - bottom of couch has warped after a few days of use. We are not large people or close to weight capacity.
