Great item once put together. 2 stars because I had extreme difficulty assembling this item. The screws that makes the connection for each piece are wedged in a location which makes it hard to tighten with the provided tool. I spent two days at 2.5 hours each day working on tightening 8 of these screws, which I eventually ending up stripping couple of the screws which remain loose . I also tried to unscrew and take off one of the wood frame lats in order to get space for the tool to work better, but the slats were glued so I didn't want to break/damage the slats, so I continue the difficult task. I've assembled all types of furniture in my 50+ years and this project was by far the worst. I would suggest extending the elongated area that the screw sides in so that the tool has leverage and space for tightening.

Chair itself is great and I really like the wood. Cushions are very hard and look cheap. Took one star off.

The color was a little off and I wonder how well they’ll hold up with the elements, but they serve the purpose

The set up for these chairs is horrible. The screws are in a small area that the tool doesn't fit into. As well the cushions are more yellow than an off white. The wood is darker than the photos and seems a bit cheap. Returning these items is also a nightmare as wayfair charges $79. to return these - even thought they were free to ship?!? I won't be using Wayfair for purchases anymore after this

The product is nice. Very bohemian/beach theme with the wood. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was because the cushions look more yellow beige than white beige as seen in photo. My husband did say they were pretty difficult to assemble but he got it done.
